Do You Know Any Low-cost (but Good) Hotel / Apartelle In Cubao?

I’m from Naga City in Bikol, I’ll be going to manila 2 weeks from now and I need someplace to stay… Can you suggest any low-cost (but good) Hotel / Apartelle around in Cubao Area?
My initial opions are: Kabayan, Wise, and ACL… pero wala na palang Wise ngaun sa Cubao. Kabayan and ACL are affordable but if you can suggest cheaper hotels, why not. Unfortunately, Sogo Hotel has no website…
kung sinoman po ang sasagot, paki bigay din ung peso rate nila and give me some feedbacks about these hotels…

It was okay…not the best, but it was fine. We had a function then it was too late to go home. The rooms are clean. =) (the rates change per season, but it’s one of the lowest of its kind)
