Gym Kino

Just like any small, progressive and almost-but-not yet sleepy city in the Philippines, our dear Naga is not immune to fads, not really.Today's specialty on the menu are Gyms - the workout 'till every muscle in your body aches kind.Like a good soldier, I scouted the reputable gyms hoping to find the best. In this instance reputable is you're unlikely to catch Tetanus if you use their facility and near Magsaysay or Centro.Around Centro there is a dearth (dikit) of really good gyms. The ones that charges 50 for walk-in is just okay - the basics, really. There are a lot of people here though probably the price. I thought I'd really fit in if I can get over one [...]

Toy Story 3

Rarely do movies move me to tears, much more cartoons. I guess I speak for the majority that cartoons are generally to entertain children, impart lessons, and just give us a hell of a good time.Don't get me wrong Toy Story 3 does all of that and more. The conclusion to one of the greatest Disney franchises brings back the whole gang - Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Bullseye, Porky, Rex, Mr. and Mrs. Potatohead and their alien kids. Afternoon at Casureco

I was a bit psyched when I read the letter from Casureco saying they were slapped with a TRO. First, I paid full for their June billing so I was kinda expecting a refund. The good guys won!So I took the afternoon off (well half of the afternoon) and went to Del Rosario to pay the bill. I went past 3pm, got the number and was floored when I saw the gap between my number and the switchboard was 230 (really-parang Twilight Eclipse ang eksena). I was even more pissed when I saw there were only [...]
