4H-Club President Alejandro Hermosura of Zone 4, Panicuason, Naga City, receives a check amounting to P50,000 from the Agricultural Training Institute as assistance under the agency's 4H LIvelihood Program-Vegetable Production Component. The 23-year old vegetable farmer planted a one-hectare plot with hybrid varieties of cabbage, eggplant, hot pepper and tomatoes and expects a bumper harvest this month.
